FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
With high – corrosion – resistant aluminum alloy frames, high – efficiency monocrystalline/polycrystalline cells and weather – resistant EVA films, our PV modules have a design service life of 25 – 30 years under normal use and maintenance. The power attenuation rate is less than 20% in the first 25 years (monocrystalline modules have a lower attenuation rate: no more than 5% in the first 10 years and no more than 15% in 25 years). We also provide a 10 – year product warranty and a 25 – year power warranty for PV modules.
No. Our products are specially optimized for different climates:
- High – temperature and high – humidity areas: Modules adopt anti – PID (Potential Induced Degradation) technology; inverters have high – temperature overload protection.
- Low – temperature and cold areas: Modules have good low – temperature resistance; inverters can start normally at -25℃.
- Rainy and snowy areas: Modules have high waterproof grade (IP67/IP68); the surface coating is anti – snow and easy to clean.
Yes. We offer tailored solutions for household, commercial, industrial, and special scenarios (e.g., marine, remote areas). Customizations include:
- System size/power matching your energy needs;
- Space – adaptive designs (e.g., limited roof space, no structural modifications);
- Climate/usage – specific optimizations (e.g., anti – salt 雾 for coastal areas, tracking brackets for low – light environments);
- Integration with energy storage or smart management systems. Contact our sales team to share your requirements for a personalized plan.
- Small orders (household products): 3 – 7 working days (in – stock items); 15 – 20 working days (customized items).
- Bulk orders (commercial/industrial products): 25 – 40 working days, depending on the order quantity and production schedule.
Basic maintenance is required:
- PV modules: Clean the surface 2 – 4 times a year (avoid scratching with hard objects);
- Inverters: Check the connection status every 6 months;
- Energy storage batteries: Avoid overcharging or over – discharging; charge at least once every 3 months when not in use.
